Demolition & Removal
We safely take down and remove existing pool enclosures, patio covers, and screened or non-screened structures. Demolition starts at $1,000 and includes haul-away. Client is responsible for dump fees.

We do not build full pool enclosures. However, we can recommend trusted companies that specialize in pool enclosure construction. Our focus is on aluminum roof installations over existing patios, screening in porches and patios, and repair services.

Estimate Disclaimer:
Estimates provided are rough estimates based on past project history. We use satellite imagery and photos provided by the customer to give an initial price range. If you are comfortable with that range, we will schedule an in-person visit to perform a detailed assessment, identify any potential challenges, and confirm material costs.
A final price will be provided after inspection. A 50% deposit is required to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion and customer satisfaction.
